Advancement, Inc. finds the candidate and Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. handles the rest!

Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. becomes the “employer of record” for all contractors. As the employer, Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. is responsible for withholding, depositing, reconciling and record keeping for all payroll related taxes, including: Federal Income Tax Withholding, Social Security (employee and employer’s shares), Medicare (employee and employer’s shares), Federal Unemployment, State Income Tax Withholding, State Unemployment Insurance, State Disability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Premiums, I9 Forms, and Year-end W-2 Forms.
